Thanksgiving is almost here, and if you are like me that wait until last minute to find an outfit, this post is for you.
I live in Miami, and it is always super hot during Thanksgiving. But I do love to imagine wearing boots and cute sweaters from time to time. So I did add some.
Here are a few ideas with a few pieces from my closet, mixed together to make outfits that are great for any occasion but would be perfect for Thanksgiving.
I have been obsessed with this skirt… actually with skirts in total, as you can see from the rest of the outfits.
I did change the belt that it came with, to give it a more dress up feel and tucked in a simple strappy black top all this paired with some thick heel booties, and I’m so very in love.
If where you live is cold you can add some black tights or high knee boots and a coat, and you are good to go.
Changing up the strappy top for a comfortable sweater and some knee-high boots and this just looks super cozy but cute still. >>>>>>>>
Changing skirts for an old but one of my favorites from all time a white monochrome skirt and add to it the oversize sweater and knee-high boots and you get a completely different outfit yet all you did was change the skirt.
If you are not feeling that sweater, you can always change it up for a black fitted top, and you get a whole new outfit with a whole different vibe. I really love this look!
Since Thanksgiving is usually a family affair done at home, I try to keep it somewhere between casual but put together. I like to look like I put the effort, especially since it is always a day where we take thousands of pictures. To me nothing makes me feel more put together like high waisted skirts. You can dress it down with a light, soft sweater like I did here add a belt for extra detail and with a pair of heeled booties and you are set!
If you want to look a bit more dress up you, change the top and add a more dressy top like I did here by wearing it with my black strappy one. Everything else the same and it looks completely different.
If you are in a cold weather place add the coat and some tights, and I think it would look even better.
Last but just as cute and it was a last minute idea to add, is this dress, super simple and just perfect for a Thanksgiving surrounded by loved ones.
This dress was so simple that I decided to add a skinny belt to give it a little something. I feel like adding accessories is always great to make an outfit pop.
There it is, all of my outfit Ideas for this Thanksgiving celebration, I hope you enjoyed them, and it gives you some Ideas on how to mix up some outfits together with what you already have in your closet.
